Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue accurate invoices for clients based on service

agreements and project deliverables.

Data Management: Maintain comprehensive records of billing transactions, service details,

and client information.

Client Coordination: Liaise with clients to resolve any billing discrepancies and ensure clear

communication regarding invoices and payments.

Billing Cycle Management: Monitor and manage the billing cycle to ensure timely and

accurate invoicing, tracking outstanding payments, and following up on overdue accounts.

Report Preparation: Generate periodic billing and collection reports for internal reviews,

providing insights into financial performance.

Compliance: Ensure that all billing activities adhere to company policies, client contracts, and

regulatory standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Accounts, Operations, and Client

Servicing teams to streamline processes and improve billing accuracy.

Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any billing-related queries or disputes from clients

in a professional manner.

Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in the billing system and

processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
