Job Description

Business Process Manager (EMEA) - Transportation Management

Roles and responsibilities

Design any new business process or enhance any existing ones as needed
Conceptualize optimal and innovative solutions to business problems
Manage business demand, prioritize and balance with delivery capability
Work with SAP and any other technical teams to optimally design processes and deliver, maintaining integrity of the process template
Drive process transformation, collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
Address process queries from business as well as SAP teams.
Create/maintain process documentation, conduct user training.
Stakeholder management, communication with business, global process owner teams and IT teams.

Expected experience, skill sets and abilities

10+ years experience in the relevant business process working on the business side of a manufacturing company along with knowledge of related areas.
Knowledge of how this business process is implemented in SAP.
Experience of collaborating with a global team.
Strong communication skills and Stakeholder management.

Ideally, youll also have:

Demonstrated performance as a Process Owner in SAP implementations, rollouts and operations.
Fluency in one or more European languages relevant to the area.
Experience working in a multinational organisation and/or a big consultancy.
