Role & responsibilities

1. Strong hands-on expertise in Revit Architecture.
2. Good understanding of Scan to BIM workflows.
3. Knowledge of Autodesk Recap, Navisworks, and model audit processes is a plus.
4. Experience in drawing review and quality compliance in line with international standards.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Develop detailed and accurate BIM Architectural models in Autodesk Revit as per LOD 300400.
   
2. Work on BIM forward engineering projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
   
3. Handle and model Scan to BIM projects using point cloud data in Revit with proficiency.
   
4. Perform QA/QC review of architectural models and 2D drawings before delivery.
   
5. Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, naming conventions, and coordinate with other disciplines (Structure, MEP).
   
6. Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and BIM coordinators for technical clarifications and clash detection if applicable.
   
7. Maintain documentation, including drawing sheets, schedules, and architectural details.
