Job Description

We are looking for an experienced DSPM / DLP / Data Governance specialist who has at least 5 years of experience in this space to build the Data Security program from the ground up. Individual should have a strong understanding of organizational governance and process and can work cross functionally with multiple teams (Data Protection team in Risk, Data Platform team in Technology) to solidify the data taxonomy for data tagging as an initial effort, and then identify security vulnerabilities through automated tooling with a goal to provide a scorecard view of our data exposure.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. POV Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Solutions
2. Inventory current DLP and data security capabilities while working with the Data Protection team
3. Select a DSPM tool for adoption, and retire existing DLP tool
4. Establish Data Security Governance Framework and create SOP for dissemination
5. Partner with the Data Platform team to understand company's data taxonomy and derive data labeling requirements.
6. Perform an initial data discovery via tooling to implement data tagging, and identify data exposure and provide reporting
