a strong understanding of Swiss IT services market (specifically in Manufacturing/Life Sciences domain)
a deep understanding of SAP services solutions
ability to develop and foster trusted relationships with client executives at strategic and operational levels
a demonstrated track record of driving growth, selling services and solutions in the Swiss market
experience of working with globally distributed teams including in India
outstanding communication skills in both German and English.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation
Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities for SAP and SAP BTP solutions and related areas across Swiss market in manufacturing, industrial, life-science industries .
E nhance brand presence in the Swiss market as well as online to generate new leads
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Work collaboratively with both Switzerland and India team to drive RFP responses as well as fulfilment
Sales Strategy Execution
Implement the agreed comprehensive sales plans to meet or exceed revenue, pipeline and customer acquisition targets.
Client Engagement:
Build and nurture lasting relationships with key decision-makers, develop deep understanding of client needs and position SAP solutions effectively.
Value articulation of InfoKrafts services and solutions to customers
Strategic Partnerships and collaboration:
Collaborate closely with SAP, technology partners, and internal teams to co-develop go-to-market strategies and joint offerings.
Stay informed about SAP innovations, Swiss market trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs
Qualifications
Experience:
6+ years in sales or business development roles with proven track record in selling SAP services/solution in the Swiss market
Deep understanding of and experience in selling SAP S/4HANA, both RISE and GROW offerings, SAP Business Technology Platform, and other cloud-based SAP services would be an advantage
Preferably worked with SAP or SAP partners in a similar role with experience on GTM strategies
Market Knowledge:
Strong familiarity with the Swiss business environment and key industries.
Established network within the Swiss SAP ecosystem is a must.
Skills:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German and English.
Business acumen to align SAP technologies with client goals
Ability to lead workshops, webinars
Education:
Bachelor s /Master s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
SAP certifications (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP BTP) are preferred
