Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Life Insurance Operations/Back-Office/Middle-Office
- Hands-on exposure to platforms like Ingenium, Life/Asia, or similar core Life Insurance systems
- BE/BTech/MCA qualification (mandatory)
- Strong analytical skills and willingness to transition to an IT Testing role
- Openness to relocate to Bhubaneswar for training and project deployment
