Production Engineer @ Crystal Industrial

Job Description

job location:- patalganaga MIDC , Rasayani, Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

1. Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
2. Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required
3. Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
4. Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.
5. Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
6. Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
7. Obtaining any materials and equipment required

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelors in mechanical engineering

Good knowledge of Fabrication Industry, Knowledge of welding, WPS, PQR, WPQ and NDT requirements

Exp in Pressure vessel , heat exchanger, tanks , piping , valves , pumps and respective codes and standards related to material inspection, welding , heat treatment, dimension inspection, final hydro testing, Fabrication
