Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support through various communication channels.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to products or services.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Customer Coordinator or in a related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools.
