Senior Full Stack Engineer - Java and React @ Optum

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities: 

Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders to drive technical and product roadmap, prioritize and deliver features within committed time and budget

Guiding an engineering team to develop high-quality data pipelines

Offer technical guidance to internal team and business partners

Build and nurture a diverse and inclusive team environment, valuing every members contribution

Foster both team growth and individual development, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement

Determine impacts, resolve complex issues, and exercise sound judgment and initiative in challenging situations

Promote a culture of innovation and initiative

 Required Qualifications: 

Working experience in Agile environments and follow best practices

Experience in recruiting and developing teams

Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment and monitoring

Proven to be passionate about working with people and developing talents, mentoring and building high-performance teams

Proven excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
