Job Title: Product Manager CIS/CRM (Power & Utilities)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end product lifecycle for CIS/CRM projects in the utility and power domain.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, support, and business stakeholders.
  
• Define product strategy, gather business requirements, and convert them into detailed functional specifications.
  
• Work closely with utility clients to understand business needs and ensure effective solution delivery.
  
• Present project updates, roadmaps, and value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.
  

Key Skills Required:

• Product Management Strong experience in product lifecycle and delivery management.
  
• CIS/CRM Expertise Hands-on experience with Customer Information Systems (CIS) or CRM platforms in the utilities sector.
  
• Presentation Skills Able to deliver clear, concise presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
  
• Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written skills to work effectively across departments and clients.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience working with power and utility clients or vendors.
  
• Familiarity with CIS platforms like Oracle CC&B, SAP IS-U, or similar.
  
• Background in Agile methodologies or SAFe frameworks.
  
• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, IT, or related field.
