Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  
• Handle inbound customer calls, addressing their needs and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  
• Utilize blended process skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in BPO Customer Service, Voice Process, or Semi Voice roles preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat.
  
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings (US shift) from home office setup.
• Immediate Joiner Required.
