We are seeking a skilled React Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing modern web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux, and related front-end technologies. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to build high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance React.js applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or React Query.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and work with backend teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement UI/UX improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest React and front-end technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in front-end development with React.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) & TypeScript.
- Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management tools.
- Familiarity with React Hooks, Functional Components, and Custom Hooks.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with Webpack, Babel, and other build tools.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Communication:
- Facilitates team and stakeholder meetings effectively
- Holds regular status meetings / scrum meeting
- Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
- Astute cross-cultural awareness and experience in working with international teams (especially US)
