Job Description


  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using APEX, VisualForce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Flows, and Process Builder.
  • Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions including data models, workflows, user interfaces, and integrations.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, and middleware tools.
  • Perform Salesforce administrative tasks such as user management, permissions, roles, reports, and dashboards as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and Salesforce governor limits.
  • Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design documents, and SOPs.
  • Perform data migration, transformation, and bulk data handling using Data Loader and automation tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Conduct design workshops, build functional prototypes, and present solutions to stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot application and integration issues.
  • Maintain version control and participate in CI/CD pipelines for deployment and testing.
  • Stay updated with new Salesforce features, capabilities, and release updates.
Job Responsibilities:
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development (APEX, VisualForce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL).
  • Strong experience in JavaScript, AJAX, and front-end technologies.
  • 4+ years of object-oriented programming experience in Java, C#, or similar languages.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Lightning App Builder, and Community Cloud.
  • Proficient in Salesforce API integrations and AppExchange product deployments.
  • Strong understanding of data security, sharing rules, and Salesforce architecture.
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • Salesforce Developer/Platform Developer certification(s) preferred.
