Performance Test Manager @ Quinnox

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of performance testing strategies for new and existing applications, platforms, and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and establish test goals.
• Design comprehensive test plans and schedules to assess the system's scalability, stability, and speed.
• Oversee/conduct the execution of performance tests, especially load testing and stress, scalability, endurance testing on need-basis
• Setting up and configuring performance test environments and tools + guide the team.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed, actionable insights into system performance, including bottlenecks, memory leaks, and other performance issues.
• Manage and optimize performance testing tools, specifically Apache JMeter to ensure they are properly configured and utilized for effective testing.
• Exposure to other performance tools is a plus.
