The Role
We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our design team. In this role, you'll create rapid and high-fidelity prototypes, conduct user research, and collaborate closely with our tight-knit team to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
What You'll Do
- Gather and evaluate user requirements through collaboration with clients, product managers, developers, and end-users
- Illustrate your design ideas using information architectures, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and storyboards
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for websites, mobile apps, dashboards, and various digital platforms
- Conduct user testing and research to optimize your UI designs
- Develop and adhere to style guides for typography, colors, and imagery
- Work closely with developers, fellow designers, and project managers to ensure successful implementation
- Communicate your design concepts effectively with stakeholders and clients
What We're Looking For
- Your strong UI/UX design skills with a demonstrable portfolio showcasing your work
- At least 3 years of UI/UX experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in our team environment
- Your eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Openness to receiving constructive feedback
Familiarity with Tools:
- Figma
- Framer
- Maze
- Hotjar
- Zeplin
- Miro
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Skills in motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie)
Note: You don't need a formal degree if you can demonstrate passion and skills in UI/UX design
