About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Field Sales Executive with a solid background in IT or hardware product sales for B2B and B2C markets. You'll play a vital role in expanding our customer base across Hyderabad and should have deep knowledge of the local IT market to generate high-quality leads and drive sales in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively generate and follow up on potential leads in the IT/hardware products space
Conduct field visits to pitch products to small, medium, and enterprise-level customers
and channel partners.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of hardware products such as desktops, laptops, Motherboards,
Hard drives, SSD and other peripherals
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPI benchmarks
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, technical support, and billing) for smooth
sales execution
Requirements:
Minimum 3+years of proven field sales experience in IT/hardware or related industries
Solid understanding of computer hardware, and IT infrastructure products
Strong local market knowledge in Hyderabad and surrounding areas
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage
Compensation & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: 35,000/month
Performance-based incentives (uncapped potential)
