Job Title: Architect Real Estate Development

Experience Required - 6-7yrs

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our real estate development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties from concept to completion. You will collaborate with internal teams, contractors, engineers, and city planning departments to ensure our projects are innovative, sustainable, and compliant with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Design: Develop architectural concepts, master plans, and detailed designs for new developments.

2. Documentation: Lead the preparation of drawings, blueprints, and presentations for stakeholders.

3. Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and construction teams to ensure project success.

4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs meet zoning, building codes, accessibility, and safety regulations, and assist in obtaining permits and approvals.

5. Site Monitoring: Conduct site visits and monitor construction to ensure design integrity.

6. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align design with buyer expectations.

7. Design Tools: Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite for design and visualization.

8. Sustainability Research: Research materials, systems, and sustainability opportunities to improve project outcomes.

9. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industrial standards, legal aspects, and compliance requirements (RERA, TDS,UDCPR,CDCPR etc.), with specific knowledge of MIDC areas and standards

Skills Required

• Professional license (preferred or required, depending on region).
• Proficient in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and real estate cycles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

• Experience with sustainable/green building standards (e.g., LEED, WELL).
• Knowledge of real estate finance, pro forma modeling, or development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with interior design principles or landscape architecture is a plus. Role & responsibilities
