Job Description
SUMMARY- Work closely with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and transform them into functional and non-functional specifications
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the development team and product owner
- Lead and assist the Scrum team in implementing Agile methodologies and best practices
- Perform analysis and offer insights to drive continuous improvement within the team and projects
- Ensure successful delivery of high-quality software products within the agreed timelines
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Scrum Master
- Thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus
