Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day site supervision and monitor construction activities as per the approved drawings and schedule.
  
• Support the Project/Site Engineer in planning, execution, and monitoring of work.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely material delivery and task execution.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company procedures.
  
• Maintain proper site documentation, daily progress reports, and assist in MIS preparation.
  
• Learn to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  
• Attend internal training sessions and site meetings as required.
  
• Support in identifying and resolving minor technical issues on site.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering (2024 or 2025 pass-outs preferred or pursuing)
  
• Strong interest in learning site execution, real estate project work, and technical detailing
  
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
  
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  
• Willingness to work at project sites and in field conditions
