Business Analyst @ Mercedes Benz

Key Responsibilities

Understand business requirements and translate them into user stories
Prioritize tasks and challenge priorities based on business value and feasibility
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and own the product backlog
Map user journeys and support process design for digital products
Co-write acceptance criteria and ensure requirements meet INVEST standards
Facilitate workshops and sessions for alignment and solutioning
Represent user and business value during product discussions
Drive stakeholder engagement and change management efforts

Required Skills and Experience

5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital/IT or automotive domain
Strong experience in UI/UX design thinking and process mapping
Exposure to Agile methodologies, backlog management, and story writing
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and facilitation skills
Experience in customer-facing roles and stakeholder alignment

Educational Qualifications

Bachelors / Masters degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
Additional certifications (if any): Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Experience working with international clients or global teams
Exposure to German language (basic proficiency)
Prior experience with Daimler systems or business processes
Understanding of automotive digital product lifecycle and system integration
