Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Review and refine Spanish-language content, including alt text, marketing materials, and documentation.
- Translate materials from English to Spanish and vice versa, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and cultural relevance.
- Ensure language consistency by following specified project guidelines and maintaining a uniform tone across all content.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to support language-related requirements and provide necessary translations.
- Proofread Spanish content to identify and correct grammatical, spelling, or contextual errors.
- Assist in creating and adapting training materials, reports, and documents in Spanish.
- Work with MS Office tools (Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting purposes.
Preferred candidate profile
Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Languages, Linguistics, Translation Studies, Communications, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Strong grammar and language proficiency with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in writing and reviewing content in Spanish.
- Ability to translate content effectively while retaining meaning and context.
Experience:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Spanish content review, translation, or a similar role.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills with customer service teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high language standards.
