Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI

Write clean, efficient, and testable Python code

Integrate and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

Build and manage data pipelines and ETL processes using pandas and other tools

Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver robust solutions

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and process improvements

Ensure performance, scalability, and security of the backend services

Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack

Required Skills and Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development

2+ years of experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django REST Framework)

Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and basic knowledge of NoSQL

Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using pandas

Solid experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs

Knowledge of containerization (Docker), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with asynchronous programming in Python (async/await)
