Key Responsibilities
Maintain a strong understanding of the open-source platform/industry related to our
products.
Create engaging articles, blog posts, and product descriptions to highlight product features.
Assigning the technical queries/issues of clients to the technical departments.
Requirement gathering for web and app development projects.
Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
Provide pre- and post-sales support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Assist in identifying and researching potential new clients and market opportunities.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities and customer
needs.
