Job Title: Node.js Developer
Location: On-site, Noida

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Node.js Developer to join our backend development team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in server-side development, a strong grasp of JavaScript fundamentals, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Node.js
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and support frontend teams with required data and endpoints
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and DevOps
Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Conduct code reviews and maintain best coding practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech or equivalent is mandatory)
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js runtime
Practical experience with Express.js or similar Node frameworks
Good understanding of asynchronous programming, event loops, and error handling
Experience with relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
Solid understanding of REST APIs, JWT, and OAuth2
Proficient with version control systems like Git

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Experience with TypeScript
Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Understanding of microservices architecture and API Gateway concepts
Knowledge of unit testing tools like Mocha, Chai, or Jest
