Job Description

As a Hadoop Developer / Sr. Hadoop Developer at OASYS, you will be responsible for working with Hadoop ecosystems data processing frameworks such as Map Reduce, Spark with Scala, Python, SparkSQL, Pandas, NumPy toolkits, etc. You should have a strong background in working with Hive, HBase, and possess solid analytical skills for handling structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets. Your experience in agile development methods and leading software development teams in an Agile/Lean/Continuous Integration and delivery environment will be highly beneficial. You will be expected to work on AWS and be at the forefront of disruptive, leading, and innovative solutions. It will be your responsibility to understand and address the needs and challenges of clients, Solution Architects, and Business Analysts, and develop technical roadmaps and technology solutions that align with their business strategies and goals. Providing technical leadership to fellow technical architects, Project Managers, and Delivery Leaders to ensure exceptional technical solutions are delivered will also be part of your role. In this position, you will need to be able to clearly articulate technical implications of real-world solutions, manage technology scope and risks, and ensure that technical deliverables meet expectations. Additionally, you will be driving TroonDxs and participating in Thought Leadership programs on engineering and architectural practices and standards to inspire innovation both internally and with clients. Your role will involve supporting sales activities by showcasing your accomplishments and maintaining a strong expertise in current and emerging technologies and products. You will be hands-on and actively involved in coding, while also contributing to the overall success and growth of the team at OASYS.
