Job Description

    The Sponsorship Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, securing, and managing sponsorships for the company's events and programs. This role involves developing relationships with potential sponsors, creating compelling sponsorship packages, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute successful sponsorship strategies. Key Responsibilities: Sponsorship Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy to meet revenue targets. Identify new sponsorship opportunities and create customized packages to attract potential sponsors. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sponsorship strategies. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research and identify potential sponsors that align with the company's events and programs. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing. Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective sponsors. Sales and Relationship Management: Engage with potential sponsors to understand their needs and present tailored sponsorship packages. Conduct negotiations and close sponsorship deals to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with sponsors, ensuring their satisfaction and ongoing support. Proposal Development and Presentation: Develop compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of partnering with the company. Customize proposals to meet the specific needs and objectives of each sponsor. Deliver engaging presentations to prospective sponsors. Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage sponsorship contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and agreed upon. Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are compliant with company policies. Event Coordination and Execution: Collaborate with the event management team to ensure sponsor deliverables are met and sponsorship agreements are executed effectively. Coordinate sponsor involvement in events, including branding, booth setup, and promotional activities. Provide on-site support to sponsors during events, ensuring a positive experience. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sponsorship sales performance, including revenue generated, sponsor engagement, and return on investment. Analyze sponsorship data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide regular updates to senior management on sponsorship activities and achievements. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sponsorship sales. Ensure sponsors receive adequate exposure through marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, and event programs. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, corporate partnerships, or a related sales role. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing high-value sponsorships. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills. - Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative sponsorship solutions. - Flexibility to travel for meetings and events as required.,
