Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with specialized expertise in healthcare data processing and large-scale ETL operations. This role is ideal for professionals with deep healthcare domain knowledge who can contribute immediately to complex data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust .NET applications for healthcare data processing
• Build and optimize large-scale ETL pipelines handling TB+ datasets
• Implement healthcare data integration solutions using HL7, FHIR standards
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data security in all development activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable healthcare solutions
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical architecture decisions

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise:

• 7-10+ years of .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework)
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with healthcare data and standards
• Extensive ETL experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or AWS Glue
• Strong SQL Server, T-SQL, and database optimization skills
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and microservices architecture

Healthcare Domain Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of HL7, FHIR, EDI standards
• Experience with medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED)
• Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and healthcare workflows
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and PHI data handling

Additional Requirements:

• Proven track record with large dataset processing (multi-TB scale)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in healthcare technology companies preferred
