Job Description

1.Converting the inbound Spanish calls(U.S PAX) into a sales.
2.Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) with Airport Codes.
3. Responsible for providing clients with some of the best flight deals.
4. Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Required Candidate profile

1. Must have experience on Destination Oriented calls & Generic Calls.
2. Proficient in Spanish speaking and writing.
3. Excellent Geographical knowledge of US.
4. Must be flexible with shift timing.
