Job Description

As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role will be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project. This includes problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will explore alternatives to recommended solutions by conducting research, such as literature surveys, public domain information, and vendor evaluations, and build POCs. Your responsibilities will also involve creating requirement specifications from business needs, defining the to-be processes, and detailed functional designs based on requirements. Additionally, you will support in configuring solution requirements on the products, identifying and diagnosing any issues, seeking clarifications, and shortlisting solution alternatives. Furthermore, you will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the aim of providing high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.
