Job Description

    NTT DATA is looking for a Conversational AI QA Lead to join the team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India. As a Conversational AI QA Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing conversational AI solutions, including designing, building, and deploying chatbots and virtual assistants for banking use cases. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing a comprehensive QA strategy that aligns with the product roadmap and business goals. Your role will involve leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing QA team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. You will establish and enforce quality standards, processes, and best practices for software testing, encompassing both automated and manual testing methodologies. Collaboration with product management, engineering, and operations teams will be crucial to define quality metrics and ensure alignment on product quality goals. Key responsibilities include overseeing the design and execution of test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts to validate product functionality and performance. You will provide regular updates to executive leadership on quality metrics, testing progress, and risk assessments related to product releases. Furthermore, you will identify and advocate for quality improvements throughout the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. A proven track record of developing and executing QA strategies for complex software products is essential. Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, along with experience in test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines, are required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment effectively.
