Job Description

Position Overview:

We seek an experienced SAP S/4HANA Lead Finance & Controlling Consultant to spearhead the FICO modules implementation. This is a full-time, onsite role requiring strong leadership, expertise in financial processes, and coordination with a remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA FICO modules.
• Conduct client workshops, document requirements, and validate solutions.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate activities with remote consultants, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
• Produce project documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations.
• SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting certification.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Deep technical proficiency in SAP S/4HANA solutions
