Job Description

Position Overview:

AIDTunder Wealth Management Technology provides consistent, trusted and integratedbusiness information across all platforms and delivery channels within MorganStanley Wealth Management (MSWM) businesses.
AIDT team owns and manages amultitude of applications used by Wealth Management field and also supportsonline channel.
As an integral part of AIDT, PADT team (Party Account Data Technology) is tasked with captureand synthesis of golden copy data for Party and Account across all systems anddatabases which handle lot of real time updates and form the backbone for all
Client Onboarding applications including but not limited to online clientfacing applications and cloud based systems.
The candidate may be assigned to asingle PADT project or several projects.
The role requires credibility, confidence and active participation withleadership teams, business units and technology groups across the projectlifecycle.
Specific assignments will depend on the size and complexity of theproject

Primary Skills / Must have

1. 5-8 years of experience with technical analysis and design, development and implementation of data management solutions

2. 5 years of experience developing in Informatica ETL tool;

3. Expertise in Informatica Power Center 9.5, 0.2 with good exposure to advanced Informatica concepts (Sources, Function Transformations, Lookups, XML, Java etc)

4. Strong experience on RDBMS (preferably DB2) with good PL/SQL concepts strong SQL skills.

5. Experience in Data Analysis using SQL etc.

6. Exposures to UNIX shell scripting.

7. Experience in process automation.(Autosys Desirable)

8. Process oriented, focused on standardization, streamlining, and implementation of best practices delivery approach

9. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;

10 Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

11 Proven teamwork in multi-site/multi-geography organizations;

12 Ability to multi-task and function efficiently in a fast-paced environment;

13 Self-starter with flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment;

14 Experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle);

15 Experience in Agile methodologies.

16 Experience in Performance tuning the Informatica ETL jobs and SQLs.

17 Should have ability to perform the root cause of Issues and be able to design solution as required;

Secondary Skills / Desired skills

1. Exposure to any Reporting/Visualization Tools

2. Must be a good Team player;

3. Knowledge about TWS Scheduler would be an added advantage;

4. Ability to architect an ETL solution and data conversion strategy;

5. Should know different ways of performing Database and Informatica Performance Optimization;

6. Be able to assist L1 - L2 Ops Support Team and assist/advise them on Production Job failures and should able to assist Non-Prod Ops Support Team and assist them in Non-Prod Environment s Job failures;

7. Experience at an investment bank or other leading financial services
