Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect
Location: Chennai
Experience Required: 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 CE/Sales.
Employment Type:Full Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect with a strong background in design, architecture, as well as customizations and configurations. As a Microsoft Dynamics Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, customizing, configuring, & optimizing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9) platform to meet the unique business requirements of our team. You will work closely with the CRM project team, end-users, and stakeholders to understand their needs and implement effective solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture and Design
- Lead end-to-end solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration readiness.
- Define technical and functional architecture for new and existing implementations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Platform Configuration & Customization
- Guide the implementation of standard and custom entities, workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and model-driven apps.
- Oversee the use of Dynamics 365 customization tools, including JavaScript, Power Apps, and Power Platform tools.
Integration and Data Strategy
- Design integrations with other business systems (ERP, marketing, third-party platforms) using Azure services, APIs, and middleware tools.
- Define data migration, synchronization, and master data strategies.
Governance and Best Practices
- Establish development standards, documentation practices, and governance frameworks.
- Promote consistency, code reusability, and security compliance across all CRM projects.
Team Leadership and Mentorship
- Serve as a technical mentor for Dynamics developers and consultants.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and IT stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
Qualifications:
Required
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 CE/Sales.
- 3+ years in an architectural or senior technical leadership role.
- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, FetchXML, and Web APIs.
- Strong experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
Preferred
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is a plus.
