Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, from initial concept through to completion.
Develop and oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions that meet their objectives and budget.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations.
Mentor and provide leadership to junior architects and design team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Stay abreast of industry trends, materials, and best practices to incorporate cutting-edge and sustainable design solutions.
Participate in business development activities, including client meetings/presentations, proposal preparation, and networking events.
Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
6-10+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
Licensed architect (or in the process of obtaining licensure) preferred.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino).Learning and Innovation:
