Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Scan and digitize documents using specialized equipment and software
  • Ensure that all documents are properly aligned, oriented and cropped
  • Create and maintain a filing system for digital files and physical documents
  • Perform quality checks to ensure that all scanned documents are of high quality and are legible
  • Ensure that all original documents are returned to the appropriate individuals or departments
  • Provide support to other team members as needed
