Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for an NOC Engineer L1 with an experience of 5 years in network operations or a related field.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of networking and devices like Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, VPN and Access points.


• Respond to network alerts and hardware malfunctions.


• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic network errors.


• Track and document network issues.


• Proficient in Compile incident reports.


• Escalate complex issues to higher-level engineers.


• Good to have - CCNA, JNCIA or CISSP or relevant certifications.
