As a Process Developer at Genpact, your responsibilities will include resolving all vendor queries and requests within the agreed SLA through emails or tickets. You will review and validate essential details of valid invoices, maintain a tracker of exceptions, and ensure that invoices/queries are handled based on the exception tracker. It is crucial to maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions for knowledge retention. You will independently perform transactional tasks that support compliance, planning, and execution of assigned processes. Following up with requisitions to solve hold invoices and adhering to internal compliance policies will be part of your daily operational activities. Additionally, performing daily internal audits to ensure all invoices/queries are handled according to guidelines will be essential. The minimum qualifications we seek in you include a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), relevant work experience, and strong English language skills (verbal and written). Preferred qualifications for this role include experience in cost model creation and management, the ability to handle pre-sales process management and execution, and prior experience in sales support.
