Job Description

You will be responsible for working on QA automation initiatives and projects to streamline them in order to establish a well-defined automation strategy for the program. Your role will also involve conducting QA activities to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed established standards. You should have a proven track record of defining and implementing testing efficiencies, as well as experience in creating, improving, or leading end-to-end automation projects. It is essential that you are open to learning new automation frameworks and are capable of implementing them with minimal dependency. Additionally, you should have experience in leading and collaborating with onshore and offshore teams. Strong technical skills in Java and Selenium are a must for this role. Being a good team player and possessing strong team-leading skills are also important qualities for this position. You should have the ability to work independently, along with the flexibility to multi-task and adapt to changing business needs. Strong analytical, problem-finding, and problem-solving skills will be crucial for success in this role.,
