As a B2B Sales Executive at IndiaMART, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new business clients (suppliers) onto the IndiaMART platform. Your role is to drive sales revenue through effective client acquisition, relationship management, and customer service while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Client Acquisition:
Identify potential clients (manufacturers, wholesalers, suppliers).
Pitch IndiaMARTs B2B services and solutions.
Conduct client meetings (virtual/field visits) to understand business needs.
Close sales by building strong value propositions.
Lead Management:
Follow up on leads generated by the system or marketing team.
Generate self-leads through referrals, field visits, or cold calling.
Client Servicing:
Assist clients in completing their onboarding process.
Provide training and support for the effective use of the platform.
Revenue Generation:
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Promote premium listing packages and other value-added services.
Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Provide regular updates to team leaders and managers.
Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Tech, etc.) to ensure client satisfaction.
