About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and curious Data Science Engineer to join our team. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world data problems, build scalable models and pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in building machine learning models for prediction, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems.Work with data engineers and analysts to clean, structure, and analyze large datasets.Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and evaluation.Support experimentation and deployment of data science solutions into production environments.Document code, algorithms, processes, and learnings clearly.Stay updated with current trends in data science and machine learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Strong foundation in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib/Seaborn.
Good understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical concepts.
Familiarity with SQL and data querying.Basic understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Clear communication skills and eagerness to learn and contribute.
Good to Have (Optional/Bonus):
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Knowledge of deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.Experience working on personal or academic data science projects (Kaggle, GitHub, etc.).
Understanding of ML Ops or data pipeline tools (Airflow, ML flow, etc.).
