As we continue to grow our presence in Bangalore and Chennai, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition, foster strong relationships with developers and architects, and secure prestigious contracts in the region.

Location: Bangalore & Chennai (Multiple Positions)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in faade/glazing/aluminium systems preferred)


Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our footprint in the aluminium windows, doors, and faade glazing sector. This role requires a proactive approach to generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a technical background, and a proven track record in securing commercial and residential glazing contracts in Bangalore and/or Chennai.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, and faade glazing systems.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to promote the company's products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, real estate developers, faade consultants, and PMC firms.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal design, estimation, and execution teams to deliver competitive proposals.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close high-value glazing contracts for mid-rise and high-rise buildings.
  • Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events in Bangalore, Chennai, and surrounding regions.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and prepare regular business development reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development within the faade, fenestration, or building materials industry.
  • Strong network of architects, builders, contractors and consultants in Bangalore and/or Chennai.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, time management, planning and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications related to faade systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and project tracking tools.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Familiarity with aluminium systems, hardware specifications, and performance standards (e.g., wind load, water tightness, U-value, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally.
