Job Description

The GenAI Customer Success Team aim to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, leveraging the latest advancements in AI research and development to drive success and efficiency across the organization, focusing on the customer aspect, providing trainings and trainingmaterials, monitoring the impact and compliance with company policies and standards. The group identifies needs and opportunities, providing comprehensive guidance and support throughout the AI lifecycle. We are seeking a highly motivated AI Customer Success member to join our dynamic team
About the role - you will:
  • You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our AI-driven solutions.
  • Conduct comprehensive end-user training sessions to facilitate the seamless launch of new products, managing beta testing phases to gather critical feedback on product features and issues, and providing ongoing support and guidance to users post-release.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training materials and programs for end-users to ensure effective product usage
  • Participate in beta testing initiatives, working closely with product development teams to identify, document, and address any product issues or enhancements
  • Act as a liaison between the end-users and the technical team, translating technical information into user-friendly language
  • Monitor product performance and user experience post-release, offering proactive support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to inform future product developments and improvements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI technology trends and best practices to provide expert advice and support to our customers
  • Provide prompt engineering and best practices on the use of the solution to achieve the best results and outcomes
About you:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and empowering others.
  • Experienced in knowledge transfer, focusing on the ability to explain complicated concepts according to the relevant audience
  • Experienced in GenAI concepts and prompt engineering
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn new concepts and skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of GenAI technologies
  • Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong self-learning skills and self-development
Your experience includes:
  • Experienced in customer support aspects
  • Experience and motivation for customer support and technical support.
  • Experienced in gathering and digesting training materials to create and engaging and informative training session
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and applications, with the ability to explain complex technical details in simple terms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and empowering others
  • Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or webinars
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus
