We are looking for Assembler developer with hands on experience of 8+ years. Required Skills
----------------
Hands-on experience with Assembler language for coding, debugging, and optimizing code is fundamental.
Understanding mainframe systems, including z/OS, MVS, and related technologies (JCL, CICS, DB2), is essential.
Proficiency in using mainframe debugging tools (IPCS, XDC, FILEAID) and resolving complex system issues is necessary.
Experience integrating assembler code with other languages (COBOL, Java, PL/I) is often required.
Familiarity with performance tools like IBM RMF and OMEGAMON, and the ability to optimize code for performance is expected.
Knowledge of z/OS internals, including JES2, SMS, and HSM, is beneficial.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Desired Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to participate in client calls to understand issues and provide workarounds and solutions.
Strong analytical, presentation and problem solving skills with Sound problem resolution, judgment, negotiating and decision making skills.
