Job Role: RPA (Automation Anywhere) - Senior Developer

Work Mode: Hybrid

Exp: 4+ to 8 years - (Senior Developer)

Role & responsibilities

• Translate business processes into scalable, resilient RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360.
• Support both new and existing automations, performing troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning in production environments.
• Design and implement Power Automate workflowsincluding triggers, actions, conditions, and loopsto automate adjunct processes.
• Design, build, and configure bots to meet business process requirements, including object and workflow design.
• Develop custom connectors and integrations between Automation Anywhere and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and apply fixes to ensure high uptime of automations.
• Monitor bot performance, manage Control Room deployments, and coordinate with third-party vendors when necessary.
• Maintain detailed documentation of solutions, test procedures, runbooks, and change logs.
• Work with business stakeholders and process owners to identify automation opportunities and refine requirements.
• Recommend process enhancements and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3+ years relevant experience in Automation Anywhere.
• Must have understanding of web and desktop automation.
• Programming & Scripting: Experience with Java, Python, or.NET scripting for custom actions and integrations.
• Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQLwriting queries, stored procedures, and DDL/DML operations. Methodologies:
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Certifications (Preferred): Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional.
• Good exposure to error handling, Notifications, and logging, retry, configure, and terminate Flow Pattern
• Experience in software development and coding in various languages
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Those who are with less notice or serving notice/Immediate joiner are highly preferred
