What This Position is All About
The Travel and Expense Specialist is responsible for the daily review of claims submitted by associates in accordance with the Travel & Expense (T&E) policy. This role requires a customer-centric, diligent, and detail-oriented individual with experience in a customer service environment and knowledge of T&E processes and solutions to drive exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. The position involves overseeing T&E daily operations, corporate card activities, month-end tasks, travel account reconciliations, and customer support.

You Also Have
Strong financial aptitude with 0-1 years of work experience in Accounts Payable related processes with MNCs/GICs, with preference to Retail industry focused on VMD functions
Strong proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Driven process improvements
Issue management and resolution
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication verbal and written
Willing to work in flexible shifts
Any Degree (B.com Preferred)
As the Trainee Travel & Expense you will:
Administration of the Travel & Expense system (Workday and Concur).
Management of Corporate Card activities.
Execution of month-end activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
User profile management in the T&E tool, ensuring alignment with the corporate credit card program.
Final authority on expense report submissions, ensuring compliance with company policies and
making audit decisions.
Primary point of contact for all travel, expense, and credit card-related inquiries.
Conduct training for new employees and provide ongoing internal training on all T&E processes
and policies.
Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user access problems.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support all departments in North America on travel-related
initiatives.
