Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP of Sales and Cofounder to develop and execute short- and long-term sales growth strategies.
  • Identify key levers to improve pipeline conversion, outbound efficiency, and overall sales productivity.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects to improve GTM outcomes, such as lead funnel optimization, territory planning, and segment-level strategy.
  • Work closely with SDR, AE, and Revenue Ops teams to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Analyze CRM and pipeline data to generate actionable insights on deal velocity, forecast accuracy, win/loss trends, and more.
  • Assist in building sales playbooks, incentive models, and performance dashboards.
  • Support founder/leadership-level strategic discussions with data, models, and proposals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, consulting, or GTM roles in a high-growth SaaS or tech organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsmust be highly data-fluent (Excel/Sheets, dashboards, forecasting tools).
  • Experience working closely with sales or business leadership; founder-facing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Highly self-driven, organized, and outcome-focused
