Development experience
Should be certified in ITIL, HRSD, ITSM.
Should be having hands on (development) experience on HRSD, ITSM Applications.
Should be able to understand the requirements from business.
Should be having great scripting knowledge.
Should be able to resolve technical issues in the system.
Manage coordination across various technical and functional teams.
Should possess excellent communication skills.
Technical Requirements:
Excellent understanding of the below modules:
HRSD and its workflows , customizations
ITSM - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog
ServiceNow Glide API Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS
Experience in 3rd party integrations using REST, SOAP
Keyskills: Servicenow ITSM Hrsd ITIL
