CPC / CIC / CCS or equivalent certification mandatory.
10-15 years of experience in IP DRG.
Sound domain knowledge in Training and Quality.
Should have trained more batches in IPDRG.
Own challenging people/project assignments independently and deliver fulfilment of work.
Need to own full ownership/leadership responsibility for team development.
