We are looking for a highly experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Architect to lead complex infrastructure engagements, provide strategic leadership, and drive end-to-end cloud and hybrid solutions for global clients.Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
- Architect and design managed infrastructure solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Develop reference architectures and technical blueprints for infrastructure service delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor in Enterprise Service Management, Monitoring, and AIOps strategy.
- Define service catalogs, SLAs, disaster recovery, and business continuity frameworks.
Technical Leadership
- Lead infrastructure assessments and modernization strategies.
- Provide expert guidance on cloud migrations and automation.
- Drive implementation of infrastructure monitoring and performance tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, automated provisioning systems.
Service Management & Operations
- Design and implement ITIL-based service management processes.
- Develop operational runbooks and establish incident, problem, and change management workflows.
- Define key performance indicators and continuous service improvement plans.
Client Engagement
- Serve as the technical SME during client discussions and pre-sales cycles.
- Conduct solution workshops, demonstrations, and technical deep-dives.
- Offer continuous optimization strategies and innovation roadmaps for clients.
Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- 15+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure architecture and operations.
- Deep knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM), storage (SAN, NAS, cloud), and DR solutions (Veeam, Commvault, Azure Backup).
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (SCOM, Nagios, Datadog, New Relic) and endpoint management (SCCM, Intune).
- Understanding of core networking (routing, switching, load balancing, firewalls).
- Proficiency in database administration (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Service Management & Automation
- ITIL Foundation certified (ITIL Expert/Master preferred).
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Remedy.
- Knowledge of automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell.
- Exposure to DevOps and cloud operations methodologies.
Educational & Additional Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Relevant certifications: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, VMware VCP, etc.
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements globally.
- Prior experience in consulting or managed services environments is a plus.
- Awareness of security frameworks and compliance standards.
