Role & responsibilities

Immediate Joiner Only.

Scrum Master / Project Management (70%)

• Lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives)
• Track sprint progress and resolve blockers
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align goals and expectations.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to Agile best practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and management, providing updates and reports.

QA Responsibilities (30%)

• Design and execute test plans for web/mobile apps
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Log and track defects using standard tools
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality
• Improve testing processes and automation
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in QA, with at least 4+ years in a leadership or Scrum Master role.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and Scrum practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Certification in Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) is a plus.
